about me

I graduated in 2014 with my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University in Massachusetts. Iā€™m currently licensed in MN (LPCC # 3698), MT (LCPC #64326), and WI (LPC #11227), and MA (LMHC #10002252) and provide telehealth in those states.

I use an integrative approach to meet the individual and specific needs of those I work with. The methods I use most are drawn from cognitive, narrative, and client-centered theories.

Some of my values as a therapist include compassion, respect, authenticity, non-judgement, empowerment, commitment to ethical practice, collaboration, open-mindedness, and commitment to ongoing learning. We will work well together if you are looking for a counselor who is genuine, trustworthy, flexible, and down-to-earth.

Some important issues I support in my personal and professional life include social justice, LGBTQ+ rights, environmental concerns, gender equality, homelessness and housing insecurity, and economic inequality. I believe many of these issues intersect in our lives more than we all realize and connect us all as a local community and global population.

In my free time I enjoy being outside, eating tasty food, traveling, and reading good books.
